Bonus Terms and Conditions
The base currency of this website is the Canadian Dollar (CA$). All amounts referenced across the site and in these Bonus Terms and Conditions – including bonus amounts, deposits, stakes, wagering requirements, maximum conversion limits and withdrawals – are stated in Canadian Dollars, unless expressly stated otherwise in the terms of a specific promotion. Where a player’s account is held in another currency, amounts will be converted at the applicable exchange rate and equivalent values shall apply.
1. Eligibility
1.1 Bonuses are available exclusively to eligible players who have reached the minimum legal age required in their jurisdiction of residence and have successfully completed phone number or email verification.
1.2 Only one bonus claim is permitted per person, household, IP address, or device. The creation or use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
2. Bonus Activation
2.1 Bonuses must be activated using the method specified in the promotional terms (e.g., opt-in via the website, entering a promo code, or making a qualifying deposit).
2.2 Each bonus offer is valid only during the promotional period stated in the offer details. Any bonus not claimed within this timeframe will expire.
3. Wagering Requirements
3.1 All bonuses and any winnings generated from them are subject to wagering requirements. Players must meet the applicable wagering requirements before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
3.2 The standard wagering requirement is 40x (forty times) the bonus amount, unless a different multiplier is explicitly stated in the promotion.
3.3 Only wagers placed on qualifying games will contribute towards the fulfilment of the wagering requirements. The contribution rates are as follows:
- Slots: 100%, excluding any restricted or excluded vendors listed under the Restricted Vendors section.
- Amusnet and EGT slot games contribute 50% towards the wagering requirement.
- Live Casino, Blackjack, and Video Poker: 10%
- LIVE: Blackjack and Live Baccarat: 0%
- Other live game shows and table games: 0%
3.4 Bonus funds received may only be used to place wagers on the games specified within the Bonus Play category in the casino lobby.
3.5 The selection of games can be changed periodically without further notification or announcements in the site.
4. Non-Sticky Bonus
4.1 The player’s cash balance and bonus balance are maintained as two entirely separate balances.
4.2 The bonus balance will only become active and available for play once the cash balance has been fully depleted.
4.3 Players may withdraw their cash balance at any time, subject to standard verification and internal checks. However, any withdrawal of the cash balance will result in the immediate forfeiture of the entire bonus balance and any associated winnings.
4.4 Once the full wagering requirements have been met, any winnings derived from the bonus balance may be withdrawn, subject to the Operator’s standard verification procedures.
4.5 All bonuses carry maximum amount that can be converted into real money and it is stated in each promotion on the site.
4.6 The maximum real money amount that can be converted from a no deposit bonus is CA$50 (fifty Canadian Dollars). In such cases the player is required to make a deposit and register and verify a payment method to make a withdrawal.
5. Maximum Bet Limit
5.1 While any bonus is active, the maximum permitted stake per spin, hand, or game round is $5.00 (five Canadian Dollars/CA$) or equivalent in the local currency, unless a different limit is explicitly stated in the specific promotional terms.
6. Bonus Expiry
6.1 All bonus funds must be used and wagered within 7 days of the date they are credited to the player’s account. Any unused bonus funds will automatically expire after this period.
6.2 The wagering requirements must be fully completed within the 7-day validity period, unless a shorter timeframe is explicitly stated in the specific promotional terms. In such cases, the shorter period specified in the promotion shall apply. Failure to meet the wagering requirements within the applicable timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
7. Restricted Games
7.1 Certain games or vendors are fully excluded from bonus play – the list can be found here.
7.2 The Operator reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to restrict or prohibit the use of bonuses on any game (including making specific games ineligible for bonus play or wagering contribution) without prior notice.
Games may be added to the restricted or excluded list at any time without prior notice. The Operator is under no obligation to provide advance warning or publish an updated list. Any wagers placed on newly restricted games using bonus funds may be voided, and associated winnings forfeited at the Operator’s sole discretion.
8. Withdrawal Restrictions
8.1 Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirements have been met.
8.2 If a withdrawal request is submitted before the wagering requirements are satisfied and is subsequently cancelled, the bonus balance and all associated winnings will be forfeited.
9. Fraudulent Activity
9.1 Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, exploitation of system loopholes, or any other form of fraudulent or dishonest activity, is strictly prohibited.
9.2 The Operator reserves the right to investigate, revoke bonuses, void all associated winnings, suspend, or permanently close any account suspected of engaging in fraudulent or abusive behaviour.
10. General Conditions
10.1 These Bonus Terms and Conditions form part of and must be read in conjunction with the Operator’s General Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict, these Bonus Terms shall prevail.
10.2 The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus promotion, offer, or associated terms at any time and at its sole discretion.
10.3 In the event of any dispute concerning these Bonus Terms and Conditions, the Operator’s decision shall be final and binding.
10.4 The Operator reserves the right to exclude any player from participating in promotions, bonuses, or special offers without prior notice.
11. Responsible Gambling
