Loyalty Levels

You are already in it

Loyalty schemes usually ask you to sign up for them. This one does not, and there is no code to enter and nothing to activate. Every real-money wager earns loyalty points automatically, from your first spin, which means the only way to be outside the VIP Club is to not play.

Points do two things: they move you up through nine tiers, and they are spendable currency in the VIP Store. You must be 18 or over.

Nine tiers, from Wood to VIP

The ladder runs Wood, Iron, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Elite and VIP. Each tier past the first adds a multiplier to the rate at which you earn points: nothing at Wood, 10% at Iron, and 100% at the top, where every wager earns at double the base rate.

The multiplier is the part worth understanding, because it compounds. Climbing is not only a reward for what you have already played, it changes the rate at which everything after it accrues, so the ladder gets faster the further up it you are.

Gold is the tier that matters

If you are going to aim at one rung, aim at Gold. The point multiplier rises steadily all the way up, but the rate at which points convert into value in the store does not: it improves gradually through the lower tiers and then steps up sharply at Gold, and the minimum block of points you can exchange at once drops there too.

So the return on the same points is materially better from Gold upward than below it. Nothing is hidden about this, but it is the sort of thing a tier table shows without explaining.

What earns points, and what does not

Points come from real-money wagers. Playing with bonus funds does not earn them, which is worth knowing if you spend a stretch of time clearing a wagering requirement and wonder why the counter has barely moved.

Progress is cumulative and tiers do not reset, so a break in play costs you nothing. What you have earned stays earned.

Spending what you earn

Points convert in the VIP Store into bonus money, free spins and real cash. Real cash is the only one of the three that arrives with no conditions attached, and it is usually the honest choice unless you were going to play anyway.

Everything else on the site runs alongside this rather than instead of it. Promotions, Fortune Wheels, tournaments and jackpots all continue to apply while you climb, and none of them cost you loyalty progress.

Playing responsibly

A tier ladder is designed to reward continued play, which is exactly why it is worth being deliberate about. Chasing a tier is a bad reason to place a bet. Deposit, loss and wagering limits are in your account settings and take effect immediately when lowered; read responsible gaming before you need it.

You already have. Every real-money wager earns loyalty points automatically, with no opt-in, no code and nothing to activate.

No. Tiers are reached on total points earned and progress is cumulative, so a break in play does not cost you your status.

No. Points come from real-money wagers only, which is why the counter moves slowly while you are clearing a wagering requirement.

It raises the rate you earn at: nothing at Wood, 10% at Iron, up to 100% at the top tier, where you earn at double the base rate.

Gold. The exchange rate in the store improves sharply there rather than gradually, and the minimum block of points you can exchange drops.

Bonus money, free spins and real cash in the VIP Store. Real cash is the only one with no conditions attached.
