01

My account

Opening an account, signing in, and keeping it secure.

How do I open an account?

Register on the website and follow the on-screen steps. You must open the account personally and in your own legal name — you cannot register on someone else's behalf, and nobody may register or play on yours. You will be asked for your name, date of birth, address, phone number and email address, and you need to keep those details accurate and up to date.

What is the minimum age?

18, or any higher legal age that applies where you live. If it is established that you were under age at the time of a gambling transaction, the account is closed and any winnings and bonus funds from that period are forfeited.

Can I have more than one account?

No. One account per person. Any additional account is treated as a Duplicate Account and may be closed immediately, with bonus funds forfeited and any winnings credited to it reclaimed.

I have forgotten my password — what now?

Use the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page to reset it. Never share your username or password with anyone: you are responsible for all activity on your account, and for keeping your login details and devices secure. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has accessed your account.

How do I close my account?

Email [email protected]. We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days at the latest, confirm any steps you need to take — such as withdrawing a remaining balance — and confirm once the account is closed.

What happens if I stop playing for a long time?

After 12 consecutive months without a login, the account becomes dormant. We send a reminder to your registered email and you then have 30 days to log in. If no login is recorded, a monthly maintenance fee of CA$5 (or the whole balance, if it is less) may be charged from the 13th month of inactivity. Funds in a dormant account remain yours and can be reclaimed at any time, subject to verification.

Verification

A condition of using the site, not an optional step — and doing it early avoids a delayed withdrawal.

What documents will I be asked for?

Depending on the check, we may ask for:

  • A passport, national identity card or driving licence
  • Proof that the payment method belongs to you
  • Where relevant, a source of funds or source of wealth declaration with supporting documents such as bank statements or payslips
When do I have to verify?

We can ask at any time, and full verification is required once your cumulative deposits or withdrawals reach approximately CA$2,000 — or sooner if account activity looks unusual. Verification has to be complete before further deposits or withdrawals are released.

What happens if I do not send the documents?

If the requested documents are not provided within a reasonable time, we may lock or restrict the account, and may suspend or close it. If that happens, deposit funds held at the time the restriction was applied are returned on request, subject to our legal and regulatory obligations.

Why is my withdrawal waiting on verification?

We are required to hold evidence of identity, address, payment-method ownership and — in some cases — source of funds before releasing a withdrawal. We do not use verification as a reason to delay a withdrawal you are legitimately owed, so the fastest route is to send clear, in-date documents the first time.

Who checks my documents?

We may use third-party providers to carry out these checks on our behalf. By accepting the Terms you authorise us to share your details with them for that purpose, on the basis set out in our Privacy Notice.

Deposits

What you can pay with, and the rules that apply to every deposit.

Which payment methods can I use?

Current methods and their indicative processing times are listed on the Payment Methods page and on the Deposit tab in your account, which is always the up-to-date source. We do not accept cash or cheques.

Can I deposit with someone else's card?

No. You may only deposit using payment methods that are valid and lawfully belong to you. If a deposit comes from a method belonging to someone else, we may ask both of you for further information and lock the account until we are satisfied. If satisfactory proof cannot be provided, the account may be closed and winnings, bonus funds and funds committed to unsettled bets forfeited.

How quickly does a deposit arrive?

Deposits are usually credited as soon as our payment provider confirms them. Bank transfers can take longer for reasons outside our control.

Which currency is my account in?

The base currency of the site is the Canadian Dollar (CA$). Deposits can be made in the currency you selected at registration; if you deposit from an account held in another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply conversion charges, which are outside our control.

Is my player account like a bank account?

No. It is not insured, guaranteed or protected by any banking insurance scheme, and deposited funds do not earn interest. Customer funds are held in an account separate from the company's own funds, but that is not an absolute guarantee of repayment in the event of insolvency.

Withdrawals

Limits, timeframes and the conditions a withdrawal has to meet.

What are the withdrawal limits?

The minimum withdrawal is CA$20. Unless stated otherwise, the maximum is CA$5,000 per 24 hours and CA$25,000 per month, reduced to CA$1,000 per 24 hours for credit or debit cards. Amounts above those limits are paid out over the following business days. Progressive jackpot wins are not subject to the maximum.

How long does a withdrawal take?

Once approved, the usual timeframes are 1–6 banking days for Visa and MasterCard, 1–6 banking days for bank transfer, and same day for e-wallets. Processing time depends on your verification status, which is why completing verification early matters.

Do I have to wager my deposit before withdrawing?

Yes — you need to have wagered the amount you are withdrawing in full at least once. A request to withdraw funds that have not been played through will be reviewed and may be delayed until we are satisfied it poses no legal or regulatory risk.

Are there withdrawal fees?

We may charge a fee reflecting our reasonable costs for withdrawing funds that were never put into play. Otherwise we do not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank, card provider or e-wallet might.

My account is closed or blocked — can I still get my balance?

Yes. Contact us and we will investigate, ask security questions to confirm you are the account holder, and — subject to our legal and regulatory obligations — tell you how the funds will be returned.

Bonuses

How wagering works, and what turns bonus funds into money you can withdraw. Full detail sits in the Bonus Conditions.

What is the wagering requirement?

40x the bonus amount as standard, unless a promotion states a different multiplier. Wagering must be completed within 7 days of the bonus being credited, unless the promotion sets a shorter period.

Which games count towards wagering?

Only games in the Bonus Play category, and they contribute at different rates:

  • Slots: 100%, excluding restricted or excluded vendors
  • Amusnet and EGT slots: 50%
  • Live Casino, Blackjack and Video Poker: 10%
  • Live Blackjack, Live Baccarat, live game shows and table games: 0%
What does non-sticky mean?

Your cash balance and your bonus balance are kept entirely separate. The bonus balance only becomes active once the cash balance is used up. You can withdraw your cash balance at any time — but doing so forfeits the whole bonus balance and any winnings attached to it.

Is there a maximum bet while a bonus is active?

Yes. CA$5.00 per spin, hand or game round, unless a promotion states a different limit. Bonus funds may only be used on games in the Bonus Play category.

How much can I convert from a no-deposit bonus?

Up to CA$50. To withdraw it you will need to make a deposit and register and verify a payment method.

Jackpots

Three pooled jackpots build across eligible slots. Details and live values sit on Exclusive Jackpots.

How many jackpots are there?

Three. Mystery Jackpot and Community Jackpot run four levels each; Bonanza Collector runs one.

Can I win without triggering one?

On the Community Jackpot, yes — when a level drops, 60% goes to the player who triggered it, 20% reseeds the pool and 20% is shared between players active in the last 24 hours. Mystery Jackpot pays only the player who triggers the level.

Is a jackpot more likely when the counter is high?

No. The counter shows what has accumulated, not what is about to happen. Every qualifying spin has the same chance as the one before it, and no timing or stake pattern changes that.

Can I play jackpot games with bonus money?

Bonus-funded play may be excluded from contributing to a pool or from triggering one, so check the bonus conditions before using bonus money on a jackpot game.

Responsible gaming

The tools are in your account settings and take effect immediately when you lower them.

What limits can I set?

Deposit limits, loss limits and wagering limits, at any time from your account or by contacting support. Contact support if you want help setting them up.

How do I take a break?

You can self-exclude at any time by contacting support or, where available, through My Account. If you tell us — or we reasonably believe — that you have a gambling problem, we may apply restrictions to your account, including suspending it, to protect you.

What happens to my balance if I self-exclude?

We pay out your outstanding deposit funds as soon as possible, using your last recorded payment details or contacting you for updated ones. If we cannot pay you within 12 months of a permanent self-exclusion — or within 12 months of a temporary one ending — the balance is transferred to a responsible gaming charity.

Where can I get independent help?

See our Responsible Gaming page for our tools and for links to independent support organisations.
