Terms and Conditions
Version 1.0
Last Updated: 9 July 2026
Effective Date: 9 July 2026
The base currency of this website is the Canadian Dollar (CA$). Unless expressly stated otherwise, all monetary amounts referred to on the Website and in these Terms — including deposits, withdrawals, stakes, limits, fees, bonuses and wagering requirements — are stated in Canadian Dollars. Where Your Player Account is denominated in a different currency, the equivalent amount in your account currency will apply, converted at the exchange rate applicable at the relevant time.
1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 By using and/or visiting any section of the website www.slots99.io (the "Website") or by opening an account on the Website, you agree to be bound by: (i) these General Terms and Conditions; (ii) any terms and conditions of promotions, bonuses and special offers which may be found on the Website from time to time; and (iii) our Privacy Notice, Cookie Notice and Responsible Gaming information. All of these are together referred to as "the Terms", "Terms" or "these Terms".
1.2 Please read the Terms carefully before accepting them. You must actively accept the Terms (for example, by ticking a checkbox during registration) before we open Your Player Account; simply browsing the Website is not acceptance. If you do not agree to accept and be bound by the Terms, please do not open an account or continue to use the Website. Once your account is open, your continued use of the Website confirms your ongoing acceptance of the Terms as they stand from time to time, without prejudice to the active re-acceptance requirements described in Section 3.
1.3 The current version of these Terms is available on the Website at all times within one click of the homepage, the registration page and Your Player Account area, so that you can review them whenever you wish. We keep an archive of previous versions of these Terms and will provide you or the Curaçao Gaming Authority with a copy of any previous version on request.
1.4 We keep a secure record of the version of the Terms you accepted and the date and time you accepted them, which we can provide to you or to the Curaçao Gaming Authority on request.
1.5 Any reference in these Terms to contacting customer support refers to [email protected].
2. THE OPERATOR
2.1 The Website is operated by Disrupt Entertainment Limited N.V. (the "Company", "we", "us" or "our"), a company incorporated in Curaçao with registration number 140327 and registered office address at Kaya Richard J. Beaujon Z/N, Curaçao. Payment transactions may be processed by Disrupt Entertainment Limited N.V. or by Spin City Ltd, a company incorporated in Cyprus with registration number HE409604 and registered address at Tseriou 136, Strovolos, 2045, Nicosia, Cyprus.
2.2 The Company is licensed and regulated under the laws of Curaçao, and all gaming products on the Website are operated under Curaçao Gaming Authority license number OGL/2024/668/0844, issued on 1 July 2025, to Disrupt Entertainment Limited N.V. This license covers only the gaming products and services offered on the Website; where any product, service or linked platform available to you is not covered by this license, or is provided by a non-CGA entity, we will clearly identify that fact before any redirection or access.
2.3 In these Terms:
2.3.1 "Your Player Account" means the account you open with us to access the Website and its products;
2.3.2 "Deposit Funds" means the funds that you deposit into Your Player Account plus Winnings, in each case that have not been spent on (committed to) bets, including bets which are not yet settled;
2.3.3 "Bonus Funds" means any funds that we credit to Your Player Account by way of a bonus or promotion which is not immediately withdrawable or redeemable in cash, and all winnings made with such funds which remain subject to uncompleted wagering requirements; Bonus Funds are non-cashable unless and until they are converted into Winnings in accordance with the applicable bonus terms;
2.3.4 "All Funds" means both the Deposit Funds and the Bonus Funds; and
2.3.5 "Winnings" means any and all winnings from wagers made with money which you deposited into Your Player Account, and winnings from any bonus which are not subject to wagering requirements, or in respect of which the wagering requirements have been satisfied.
3. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
3.1 We may need to change these Terms from time to time, including for commercial reasons or to comply with new laws, regulations or licence conditions. The most up-to-date Terms are always the ones published on the Website, with the version number and the date on which they came into force stated at the top.
3.2 Where we make a material change to these Terms (one that affects your rights, obligations, withdrawal conditions, eligibility, dispute resolution or liability), we will notify you before it takes effect, by email or by a notice on the Website, stating the effective date, a summary of the material changes with reference to the relevant clause numbers, and a direct link to the updated Terms. Material changes will require you to actively re-accept the updated Terms before you can continue to use the Website. If you do not accept them, we may restrict your account until you do, or close it in accordance with Section 16, without prejudice to the return of any undisputed Deposit Funds. For minor administrative or non-impactful changes, passive notice is sufficient. We will retain evidence of each notification and acceptance and make it available to the Curaçao Gaming Authority on request. Changes will not apply retrospectively unless they do not prejudice you or correct a clear technical or contractual error.
3.3 If you do not agree to a change to the Terms, you should stop using the Website and may request closure of Your Player Account in accordance with Section 16.
3.4 We review these Terms periodically and update them where necessary to reflect regulatory, legal or operational developments.
4. YOUR ACCOUNT
4.1 In order to place a bet or play games via the Website, you will need to open Your Player Account, which you must do personally by following the on-screen instructions; you may not register on behalf of anyone else, and no one may register or play on your behalf.
4.2 For legal or commercial reasons, we do not permit accounts to be opened or used by customers resident in certain jurisdictions ("Restricted Jurisdictions"), including the United States of America (and its dependencies, military bases and territories), and the further countries listed in Appendix A to these Terms, as updated by us from time to time. By using the Website, you confirm you are not resident in a Restricted Jurisdiction.
4.3 If you open or use the Website while resident in a Restricted Jurisdiction: Your Player Account may be closed by us immediately; any Winnings and Bonus Funds will be confiscated and forfeited by you; and any remaining Deposit Funds (excluding Winnings) will be returned to you on request, subject to these Terms and any legal or regulatory obligations with which we must comply. We may make a reasonable charge for processing such a withdrawal, reflecting our actual costs.
4.4 The Website accepts players only from countries and regions where online gambling is lawful. It is entirely your responsibility to check the gambling laws and regulations that apply to you before registering or playing, and to ensure that depositing and playing for real money does not breach the laws applicable to you.
4.5 When you open Your Player Account you will be asked to provide personal information, including your name, date of birth, and contact details, including address, telephone number and email address ("Your Contact Details"), which you must keep accurate and up to date.
4.6 You acknowledge and accept that, by using the Website, you may both win and lose money.
4.7 Your Player Account must be registered in your own legal name, and you may only hold one account with us. Any further account you open is a "Duplicate Account" and may be closed by us immediately, in which case: (a) any Bonus Funds will be confiscated and forfeited, and any remaining Deposit Funds (less any Winnings) will be returned to you on request, minus any reasonable charges, subject to these Terms and our legal and regulatory obligations; and (b) any Winnings or bonuses credited to, accrued in, or withdrawn from a Duplicate Account while it was active will be forfeited by you, may be deducted from Your Player Account or reclaimed by us, and you will return to us on demand any such funds already withdrawn.
4.8 You may close Your Player Account at any time by sending a request to [email protected]. We will acknowledge your request within a reasonable time (and in any event within 5 business days), confirm any steps you need to take (such as withdrawing any remaining balance), and confirm once the account is closed. Closing your account does not affect any right or obligation that arose before closure.
4.9 We hold customer funds in an account separate from the Company's own funds. This means steps have been taken to protect customer funds, but there is no absolute guarantee that all funds will be repaid in the event of insolvency.
4.10 Subject to your specific and withdrawable consent, we may contact you about changes to the Website and about new services and promotions by email, phone and SMS. You can opt out at any time by emailing [email protected] or via "My Account" – "Personal Details".
5. VERIFICATION OF YOUR AGE AND IDENTITY (KYC)
5.1 By using the Website, you confirm that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age, or any higher legal age that applies to you (the "Legal Age"); (b) the details you supplied when opening Your Player Account are correct; (c) you are the rightful owner of the money in Your Player Account and it is not derived from any illegal activity; (d) you are resident in a jurisdiction that permits online gambling and is not a Restricted Jurisdiction.
5.2 Identity verification is a condition of using the Website, not an optional step. We may ask you at any time for documents to confirm your identity, age, address and the legitimacy of your funds, which may include: (a) a passport, national identity card or driving licence, together with a recent utility or bank/building society statement less than three months old; (b) proof of ownership of your payment method; and (c) where relevant, a source of funds or source of wealth declaration and supporting documentation, such as bank statements or payslips.
5.3 In line with our AML/CFT obligations, once your cumulative deposits or withdrawals reach approximately CA$2,000, or sooner if your activity looks unusual, we will require full identity verification before releasing further deposits or withdrawals. If you do not provide the requested documents within a reasonable time, we may lock or restrict Your Player Account, and may suspend the account or, in accordance with Section 16, terminate these Terms and close it.
5.4 If we close or restrict Your Player Account because you have not completed verification, we will return to you, on request, any Deposit Funds in Your Player Account at the time the restriction was applied (plus any funds deposited afterwards), subject to these Terms and except where we must delay or withhold payment to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, including AML/CFT and fraud prevention.
5.5 If we ask you to complete a refreshed identity check when closing or reactivating Your Player Account, we will not request information beyond what was requested while the account was open, except where additional information is strictly necessary to comply with applicable AML/CFT or other legal obligations. We will not use refreshed verification to create unreasonable friction or delay a legitimate withdrawal.
5.6 We may use third-party providers to carry out these checks on our behalf. By agreeing to these Terms, you authorise us to share your personal details with such providers for that purpose, on the basis set out in our Privacy Notice.
5.7 If you are proven to have been under the Legal Age at the time of any gambling transaction, Your Player Account will be closed, any Winnings and Bonus Funds accrued during that time will be forfeited, and you will return to us any such funds already withdrawn.
6. ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING AND SANCTIONS
6.1 We comply with Curaçao law, regulations and guidelines for the prevention of money laundering and the financing of terrorism, and we monitor account activity and transactions accordingly.
6.2 We screen players against applicable sanctions and politically-exposed-persons lists, both when you register and on an ongoing basis, and will not knowingly open or maintain an account for a sanctioned person.
6.3 Where required by law, we investigate suspicious transactions and, where necessary, report them to the Financial Intelligence Unit Curaçao or other competent authorities, without notice to you. We may suspend, block or close the account of any player involved and withhold All Funds in that account as required by law or by the competent authorities.
6.4 We may delay, refuse or reverse a deposit or withdrawal, or freeze an account, while we complete these checks, but we will not use this as a reason to unreasonably delay a withdrawal you are legitimately owed.
7. ACCOUNT SECURITY
7.1 After opening Your Player Account, you must not disclose your username and password to anyone else, whether deliberately or accidentally, and you are responsible for keeping your login details and any device you use to access the Website secure. If you have lost or forgotten your details, you can retrieve your password via the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page.
7.2 You must tell us immediately if you suspect someone else has accessed Your Player Account without your permission.
7.3 You are responsible for all activity on Your Player Account, and we are not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your login details or devices secure. We are responsible for losses caused by unauthorised access resulting from our own fault, such as a security failure on our systems, and will investigate and remediate any such incident.
8. INACTIVITY AND DORMANT ACCOUNTS
8.1 If you have not logged into Your Player Account for more than 12 consecutive months, your account becomes a "Dormant Account". Shortly before or when this happens, we will send a reminder to the email address on Your Player Account, after which you will have 30 days to log in.
8.2 If no login is recorded within that 30-day period, we may begin charging a monthly account maintenance fee of CA$5 (or the whole balance, if less than CA$5), deducted first from Deposit Funds and then from Bonus Funds, starting from the 13th month of inactivity and continuing monthly, with a reminder email sent each month, for as long as the account remains a Dormant Account.
8.3 If Your Player Account remains inactive for more than 36 consecutive months and the balance is zero, we may close and delete the account. If the balance is not zero, we will first attempt to contact you using Your Contact Details before closing the account, and will take reasonable steps to return any remaining Deposit Funds to you, or, where the law requires unclaimed funds to be paid to a competent authority after a set period, we will do so only after reasonable attempts to contact you and any legally required notice period.
8.4 Funds in a Dormant Account remain yours and can be reclaimed at any time (subject to identity verification) up until the account is closed under Section 8.3.
9. DEPOSITS TO YOUR PLAYER ACCOUNT
9.1 To place bets or play games, you must deposit money into Your Player Account using one of the payment methods stated on the Website, which currently include debit cards, credit cards, e-wallet payments, prepaid cards, instant banking, fast bank transfers and bank transfers. We do not accept cash or cheques. We may change the accepted payment methods, or make certain methods subject to conditions, at our discretion, and do not warrant that every method is available at all times; current methods and indicative processing times are shown on the Deposit tab of the Website.
9.2 Deposits are usually credited to Your Player Account as soon as our payment provider confirms them; bank transfers may take longer for reasons outside our control.
9.3 You may only deposit using payment methods that are valid and lawfully belong to you. If you deposit using a payment method belonging to someone else, we may request further information from you and that person to confirm you are duly authorised to use it, and may lock Your Player Account until we are satisfied. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof of authority, we may close Your Player Account and any Winnings, Bonus Funds and funds committed to unsettled bets will be forfeited.
9.4 By depositing, you agree not to make chargebacks, reversals or cancellations of your deposits, and to reimburse us for any reasonable costs we incur as a result if you do.
9.5 Deposits can be made in the currency you selected on registration. If you deposit from an account denominated in a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply conversion charges, which are outside our control.
9.6 We may, at our discretion, credit Your Player Account with bonus money forming part of your Bonus Funds. Before any bonus is credited, you must actively read and accept the specific terms of that bonus, which are published on the Website (see https://slots99.io/casino-bonus-terms) and form part of these Terms; we will not time-restrict access to a bonus offer in a way that prevents you reading its full terms first. Those terms will set out any wagering requirements and how they are calculated, the expiry period, and whether and how the bonus becomes withdrawable.
9.7 Bonus Funds are shown separately from Deposit Funds and can only be withdrawn once converted into Winnings. Where Your Player Account holds both, wagering is applied first to Deposit Funds required to trigger the bonus, and then to Bonus Funds. If you request to withdraw Deposit Funds used to activate a bonus before its terms (including wagering requirements) are met, you forfeit the associated Bonus Funds in full; Deposit Funds unrelated to any bonus remain freely withdrawable at any time.
9.8 Your Player Account is not a bank account: it is not insured, guaranteed or otherwise protected by any banking insurance scheme, and deposited funds do not earn interest.
10. WITHDRAWALS FROM YOUR PLAYER ACCOUNT
10.1 You may withdraw your Deposit Funds at any time provided that: (a) all payments into Your Player Account have cleared and none has been charged back, reversed or cancelled; (b) the identity checks referred to in Section 5 have been completed, including any enhanced verification required once the approx. CA$2,000 threshold in Section 5.3 is reached; (c) you have wagered, in full, at least once, the amount you are withdrawing (a request to withdraw funds not yet wagered will be reviewed and may be delayed until we are satisfied it poses no legal or regulatory risk); and (d) we are not otherwise required to delay or withhold payment to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations. We will not use identity verification as an excuse to unreasonably delay a withdrawal you are legitimately owed.
10.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is CA$20 (or the equivalent in your account currency). Unless we say otherwise, the maximum withdrawal is CA$5,000 per 24 hours and CA$25,000 per month (reduced to CA$1,000 per 24 hours for credit/debit cards); amounts above this are paid over the following business day(s). Progressive jackpot wins are not subject to this maximum.
10.3 Withdrawals are ordinarily paid to the same account, card, payment service provider wallet or crypto wallet from which the relevant funds originated. Where that is not possible — for example, because the account or wallet has expired, closed, been suspended, become unavailable, been deactivated, become non-compliant or sanctioned, or because a crypto token has been delisted or affected by a chain fork — we will verify and agree an alternative method held in your own name or under your lawful control. Any crypto remittance remains subject to our Crypto Policy, sanctions controls and applicable law. We will not unreasonably delay your withdrawal while this process is completed. Winnings are credited in your account currency, save where we expressly agree to settle in the original currency in which the bet was placed.
10.4 We may charge a fee reflecting our reasonable costs (including deposit costs) for withdrawing funds that have not been put into play; otherwise we do not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank, card provider or e-wallet might.
10.5 Bonus Funds may only be withdrawn in accordance with the terms applicable to them. You are responsible for reporting your winnings and losses to your local tax authorities.
10.6 Withdrawal processing times depend on your verification status, since we are required to collect evidence of identity, address, payment ownership and, in certain circumstances, source of funds or wealth, before releasing a withdrawal. Once approved, typical timeframes are: Visa/MasterCard 1–6 banking days; bank transfer 1–6 banking days; e-wallet, same day.
10.7 If Your Player Account has been dormant, closed, blocked or excluded for any reason, you may still contact us to recover any Deposit Funds remaining in it. We will investigate your request, ask you to answer security questions to confirm you are the account holder, and, subject to our legal and regulatory obligations, tell you how the funds will be returned.
10.8 You may only withdraw to debit/credit cards or other payment methods that are valid and lawfully belong to you. We do not provide a currency conversion facility; if you have a dispute about a conversion rate applied by your bank or payment provider, please contact them directly.
11. PLACING A BET OR GAMING
11.1 It is your responsibility to check that the details of any bet or transaction are correct. While we take care to keep information on the Website accurate, we are not liable for errors or out-of-date, incorrect or incomplete information, including results, scores, statistics or intermediate in-play data.
11.2 You can view your transaction history for the last 90 days on the Website.
11.3 We may refuse all or part of any bet at our discretion; no bet is accepted until the stake has been deducted from Your Player Account. Once accepted, a bet cannot be cancelled without our written consent.
11.4 We may void, cancel or correct a bet where there is an obvious error in published odds or pay tables, a software bug or malfunction, a live-dealer mistake, or where the underlying game, event or competition is cancelled, suspended or terminated. We will notify affected players where reasonably practicable, explain the basis of the decision, and either resettle the bet correctly or refund the stake to Your Player Account in accordance with the applicable game or event rules. You may challenge the decision under Section 25.
12. FAIRNESS AND GAME RULES
12.1 Our games use certified Random Number Generators, or officially recorded results for live and event-based products, tested and approved in line with our licence conditions.
12.2 Where a game is supplied by a third-party provider, that provider is responsible for the integrity of its software; we remain responsible for the operation of the licensed service you access through the Website.
12.3 If there is a discrepancy between the result shown on your screen and our game server records (for example, due to a graphical or connection issue), the game server record prevails, and our records will otherwise prevail in determining the terms and circumstances of your participation and its results, without prejudice to your right to raise a genuine dispute under Section 25.
13. CONFISCATION OR LIMITATION OF WINNINGS
13.1 We may withhold, void, limit or reclaim winnings, bonuses or funds where we reasonably determine they resulted from fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, a breach of these Terms, a technical or pricing error, or a violation of applicable law, as further described in Sections 14, 19 and 21, to the extent permitted by law.
14. COLLUSION, CHEATING, FRAUD AND CRIMINAL ACTIVITY
14.1 The following are not permitted and constitute a material breach of these Terms: (a) colluding with third parties; (b) cheating, including exploiting a fault or loophole in our software or using bots; (c) fraudulent or illegal activity, including using a stolen or unauthorised card as a source of funds; (d) taking part in criminal activity, including money laundering; (e) transferring funds from one player account to another; and (f) account fraud, use of Duplicate Accounts, manipulation of the Website, or other deliberate cheating.
14.2 We will take reasonable steps to prevent, detect and deal with such activity, including monitoring account, game, transaction, chat and messaging activity and retaining relevant records. Where we have reasonable grounds, we may report suspected offences to the relevant authorities, suspend or close Your Player Account, and withhold or forfeit Winnings or Bonus Funds only to the extent that the action is fair, proportionate, clearly explained and permitted by applicable law. Deposit Funds will not be confiscated unless required by law or directed by a competent authority. Any decision may be challenged under Section 25.
14.3 If you suspect collusion, cheating or fraud, please report it to [email protected]. We may inform relevant authorities, other operators, service providers, banks and payment providers of your identity and any suspected unlawful activity, and you agree to cooperate fully with any investigation.
15. OTHER PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
15.1 You must not use the Website for anything defamatory, abusive, obscene, racist, sexist, discriminatory or offensive, or use abusive language, or harass any other user or our staff.
15.2 You must not corrupt, flood or interfere with the Website, propagate viruses or malicious code, send spam, or tamper with information on the Website.
15.3 You may use the Website for personal entertainment only, and must not reproduce it without our consent.
15.4 You must not attempt unauthorised access to the Website or any connected system, or attack it (for example, by denial-of-service). We will report and cooperate with law enforcement on any such breach, and your right to use the Website will end immediately.
15.5 We are not liable for loss or damage caused by a denial-of-service attack, virus or similar harmful material affecting your equipment as a result of your use of the Website or of material downloaded from it.
15.6 It is prohibited to sell, transfer or acquire player accounts.
16. CLOSURE AND TERMINATION
16.1 We may refuse to open an account, or suspend or close an existing one, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe: you have breached these Terms; the account is being used fraudulently, for collusion, or for an unlawful purpose; we are required to act by the CGA, a court or another competent authority; or we cannot verify your identity, funds or eligibility.
16.2 Other than where closure is made under Sections 6, 14, 15 or 21 (Breach of the Terms), we will, on request, return any undisputed Deposit Funds to you following closure.
16.3 Closing your account does not affect any liability already owed by you to us, or any obligation on us to report or investigate your conduct.
16.4 Any decision to refuse or close an account does not affect contractual obligations already properly undertaken, which will be honoured subject to these Terms.
17. ALTERATION OF THE WEBSITE
17.1 We may add, remove, alter or amend any product offered via the Website at any time, at our discretion, subject to Section 3.
18. IT FAILURE OR INTERRUPTION
18.1 Where an unexpected flaw, fault or error occurs in the software or hardware we use to provide the Website, we will take reasonably prompt steps to fix it.
18.2 We are not liable for IT failures caused by your own equipment or your internet service provider.
19. ERRORS OR OMISSIONS
19.1 Occasionally a bet, wager or payment may be accepted or made in error, whether due to a technical fault, pricing or pay-table error, or human mistake (including in a live dealer game).
19.2 Where an error is established, we may correct the affected transaction, void or resettle the relevant wager, and refund the stake where appropriate. We may withhold or recover Bonus Funds or Winnings attributable to the error only where this is fair, proportionate, clearly explained and permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this Section excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from our fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence. You may challenge any decision under Section 25.
20. EXCLUSION OF OUR LIABILITY
20.1 Your access to and use of the Website is at your own risk.
20.2 We provide the Website with reasonable skill and care, substantially as described in these Terms, and exclude (to the extent the law allows) all other warranties, express or implied.
20.3 We are not liable to you in contract, tort or otherwise for indirect or business losses, including loss of data, profits, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or business interruption, except where the law does not allow us to exclude liability (for example, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).
21. BREACH OF THE TERMS
21.1 You will compensate us in full for any claims, liabilities, costs or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms.
21.2 Where you are in material breach, we may, without being required to: (a) notify you of the breach and require you to stop; (b) suspend Your Player Account; (c) close Your Player Account, with or without prior notice; (d) confiscate, and you will forfeit, any Bonus Funds and Winnings in Your Player Account or already paid to you, which you will return to us on demand; and (e) on request, return any remaining Deposit Funds (less Winnings) to the account from which they were deposited, minus reasonable charges, subject to these Terms and our legal and regulatory obligations.
21.3 Breach of Sections 4.2–4.3 (Restricted Jurisdictions), 4.7 (Duplicate Accounts), 14 (Collusion, Cheating, Fraud and Criminal Activity), 15 (Other Prohibited Activities), 26.3 (Self-Exclusion) or 28 (Chat Rooms and Forums) will always be treated as a material breach for the purposes of this Section.
22. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
22.1 All design, text, graphics, software and other material on the Website is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and other proprietary rights. You may download or print material to a single personal computer solely for your own personal, non-commercial use.
22.2 Nothing in these Terms grants you any interest in our (or any third party's) intellectual property, and you may not use our trade names, trademarks or logos except as expressly permitted.
23. YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
23.1 We process personal information collected through your use of the Website in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, the National Ordinance on Games of Chance and other applicable Curaçao data protection requirements.
23.2 Full details of what we collect, how and why we use it, where and how it is stored, the parties with whom it is shared, and the applicable retention periods are set out in our Privacy Notice at https://slots99.io/en/privacy-policy. The Privacy Notice forms part of these Terms and must be easy to locate from the Website and Your Player Account area.
24. USE OF COOKIES
24.1 The Website uses cookies to support its functionality. Details on managing or deleting cookies are available at www.aboutcookies.org; disabling cookies may affect your ability to use certain features.
24.2 Further information is available in our Cookie Notice.
25. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
25.1 Our Complaints Policy, including the complaint-handling and escalation procedure, is available at https://slots99.io/en/dispute-resolutions. If you wish to complain, please contact Customer Services via LiveChat on the Website or by emailing [email protected] as soon as reasonably possible. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours, confirm the particulars of your complaint and provide you with a copy of this procedure.
25.2 An advisor will investigate and respond to your complaint as soon as practically possible, and in any event we aim to resolve it within eight weeks of receipt. If our investigation takes longer, we will write to you within that period with either a final response or an explanation of the delay and when we expect to respond.
25.3 If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate it in writing to the Head of Customer Operations at [email protected], marking your email for their attention. Their decision represents the final stage of our internal complaints procedure.
25.4 If you remain unsatisfied after completing our internal procedure, you may refer the dispute to our independent ADR provider at [email protected], or lodge a complaint with the Curaçao Gaming Authority. This does not affect any right you have to bring proceedings before the competent courts referred to in Section 34.
26. RESPONSIBLE GAMING AND GAMBLING
26.1 We support responsible gaming and want you to enjoy the Website while staying aware of the social and financial harms associated with problem gambling. Our Responsible Gaming Policy is available at https://slots99.io/en/responsible-gaming and forms part of these Terms.
26.2 You may set Deposit Limits, Loss Limits and Wagering Limits at any time from within Your Player Account, or by contacting support, to help you control your gambling. Contact support for further information or assistance with these tools.
26.3 Self-exclusion — you may take a break from gambling with us at any time by contacting [email protected] or, where available, via "My Account". We will action a self-exclusion request promptly, explain its duration and consequences, stop gambling access and direct marketing for the applicable period, and apply reasonable controls intended to prevent re-registration. If you tell us, or we reasonably believe, that you have a gambling problem, we may apply proportionate restrictions to Your Player Account to protect you, in accordance with our Responsible Gaming Policy.
26.4 Upon a self-exclusion request, we will pay your undisputed Deposit Funds as soon as reasonably practicable, subject only to identity verification and applicable legal or regulatory restrictions. We will first attempt to use your last verified payment details and, if that is not possible, contact you to agree another verified method in accordance with Section 10.3. We will continue reasonable efforts to locate you and return the balance. Any treatment of genuinely unclaimed funds will follow applicable Curaçao law, required notices and limitation periods; no balance will be donated or extinguished merely because a stated period has elapsed.
27. LINKS
27.1 Links to other websites are provided for information only. You use them at your own risk, and we accept no responsibility for their content.
28. CHAT ROOMS AND FORUMS
28.1 Our chat rooms, forums and messaging channels are intended for legitimate, constructive discussion and are governed by the conduct standards in this Section, which constitute our player Code of Ethics. We may restrict an individual's ability to post where reasonably necessary to enforce these standards. We are not responsible for content posted by users except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
28.2 You must not post anything that is: defamatory or unlawful to disclose; racist, vulgar, hateful, obscene, threatening or offensive; impersonating another person; advertising; carrying malicious code; intended to collude with or against other players or us, or suspicious or criminal in nature; false or manipulative of a market, game or event; aimed at collecting data on other users; a misuse of the forum; or in breach of any intellectual property or confidentiality right.
28.3 We monitor chat content to help prevent breaches of this Section, require chat to be conducted in the primary language of the relevant forum, and log or record all conversations. We may refuse or remove any comment, investigate and take action (including account closure) against any breach, close or remove chat rooms without notice, and report suspicious content to the relevant authorities.
29. TRANSFER OF RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
29.1 We may transfer, assign, sub-license or pledge these Terms, in whole or in part, to any person, provided the assignment is on terms no less advantageous to you. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms.
30. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
30.1 We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, civil unrest, interruption to communications networks, industrial disputes, or DDoS or similar attacks ("Force Majeure"). Our performance is suspended for the duration of such an event, and we will use reasonable efforts to resolve it or find a way to perform our obligations despite it.
31. WAIVER
31.1 If we do not insist on strict performance of your obligations, or do not exercise a right or remedy, this does not waive that right, remedy or obligation.
31.2 A waiver of one default is not a waiver of any later default, and no waiver by us is effective unless expressly stated in writing.
32. SEVERABILITY
32.1 If any part of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be severed and the rest will remain in full force. Where possible, the severed part will be replaced with a valid provision that reflects our original intent as closely as possible.
33. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
33.1 These Terms, together with the policies and bonus/promotion terms referred to in them, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Website, and replace any prior understanding, including anything discussed in marketing, affiliate content or with customer support, save for any statement expressly confirmed in writing by an authorised representative of the Company.
34. LAW AND JURISDICTION
34.1 These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Curaçao. Subject to your right to first use the complaints process in Section 25, any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website will be submitted to the competent courts of Curaçao, without prejudice to any mandatory right you have to bring proceedings elsewhere.
35. INTERPRETATION AND LANGUAGE
35.1 The original text of these Terms is in English, and any interpretation is based on that text. If the Terms or any related document is translated into another language, the English version prevails in the event of any inconsistency, unless local law requires otherwise.
