Responsible Gaming
Playing at Disrupt Entertainment’s brands should be something positive and entertaining, whilst also thrilling and fun. Sometimes it is hard to control how much we want to play in relation to how much we can afford to lose.
In this section you’ll find ways to help make sure your gambling is within controllable limits, as well as show you places to turn to if you feel you might require help.
Deposit, Loss and Wagering Limits
You can set Deposit Limits, Loss Limits and Wagering Limits at any time from within Your Player Account, or by contacting our support team, to help you keep your gambling under control. These limits let you cap how much you deposit, lose, or wager over a period of your choosing, giving you an extra layer of control over your play. If you’d like help setting up or adjusting any of these limits, please contact support and we’ll be happy to assist.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need to take a break from gambling, you can request self-exclusion at any time by contacting our support team or, where available, directly via “My Account”. If you tell us, or we reasonably believe, that you have a gambling problem, we may also apply restrictions to your account, including suspending it, in order to help protect you.
Once you make a self-exclusion request, we will pay out any outstanding funds in your account as soon as possible, using your last recorded payment details or, where necessary, contacting you for updated ones. Self-exclusion is taken seriously and is treated as a material commitment on both sides – please reach out to support if you’d like to discuss your options.
Underage Gaming
Gambling on our website is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age, or any higher legal age that applies to you, in order to open an account or play. As part of our identity verification process, we check age and identity documents to confirm eligibility before allowing full access to deposits and withdrawals.
We take the prevention of underage gambling very seriously. If it is discovered that a player was under the legal age at the time of any gambling activity, their account will be closed immediately, and any winnings or bonus funds accrued during that time will be forfeited. Parents and guardians are encouraged to take appropriate steps – such as using parental control or filtering software – to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites.
