VIP Club & VIP Store
Nine tiers you are already climbing, and the store where the points turn into something. Every real-money wager earns automatically — no opt-in, no code, nothing to activate.
Two halves of one system
The VIP Club is where points accumulate. The VIP Store is where they become bonus money, free spins or real cash. Neither costs anything to join, because you are in the first one already.
VIP Club
Every real-money wager earns loyalty points from your first spin. Nine tiers run Wood to VIP, and each one past the first raises the rate you earn at.

Points exchange in blocks for bonus money, free spins or real cash. Your tier sets the rate, and the store shows the rate and the minimum before you confirm.
Learn more →Nine tiers, from Wood to VIP
Each tier past the first adds a multiplier to the rate you earn points at: nothing at Wood, 10% at Iron, and 100% at the top, where every wager earns at double the base rate. The multiplier compounds, so the ladder gets faster the further up it you are.
Gold is the rung that matters
The point multiplier rises steadily all the way up, but the rate at which points convert into value in the store does not. It improves gradually through the lower tiers and then steps up sharply at Gold, and the minimum block of points you can exchange at once drops there too. The return on the same points is materially better from Gold upward.
How the ladder pays out
Play as normal
Every real-money wager earns loyalty points automatically. No opt-in, no code, nothing to activate.
Climb the tiers
Reaching a tier raises your multiplier, so it changes the rate everything after it earns at, not just what you have already played.
Reach Gold
The store exchange rate steps up sharply at Gold rather than gradually, and the minimum block of points you can exchange drops.
Exchange in the store
Points convert in blocks into bonus money, free spins or real cash. The rate and the minimum are shown before you confirm.
Three things to exchange for
Real cash
Lands in your withdrawable balance with no wagering conditions attached. The only one of the three that arrives clean.
Bonus money
A better conversion rate than cash, with standard wagering attached — worth reading the bonus conditions before you exchange for it.
Free spins
Game-specific, and winnings are treated as bonus funds, so the bonus conditions apply to whatever they pay out.
What earns points, and what does not
Real-money wagers only
Points come from real-money bets on slots and live tables. Playing with bonus funds earns none, which is why the counter barely moves while you are clearing a wagering requirement.
Tiers do not reset
Progress is cumulative and tiers are reached on total points earned, so a break in play costs you nothing. What you have earned stays earned.
Missions sit on top
Alongside the per-bet earn, each tier carries missions that pay extra points for things like verifying your account or reaching a spin count. The VIP Club page lists the ones live for your tier.
Exchanges are final
Points convert in blocks rather than one at a time, and an exchange cannot be reversed once accepted. The rate and the minimum are shown for you to check first.
Frequently asked questions
How do I join the VIP Club?
You already have. Every real-money wager earns loyalty points automatically, with no opt-in, no code and nothing to activate.
Does my tier reset?
No. Tiers are reached on total points earned and progress is cumulative, so a break in play does not cost you your status.
Does playing with bonus funds earn points?
No. Points come from real-money wagers only, which is why the counter moves slowly while you are clearing a wagering requirement.
What does the tier multiplier do?
It raises the rate you earn at: nothing at Wood, 10% at Iron, up to 100% at the top tier, where you earn at double the base rate.
Which tier is worth aiming at?
Gold. The exchange rate in the store improves sharply there rather than gradually, and the minimum block of points you can exchange drops.
Can I reverse an exchange?
No. An exchange is final once accepted, which is why the rate and the minimum block are shown for you to check before you confirm.
